September in Branson

I just printed off two HUGE books from Kambrie's private blog that I do for her journaling, and her birth mom and family.  It is SO AWESOME.  The whole family has loved looking back and having all these memories documented and journaled.  We LOVE it.  So it has made me want to catch up on this blog as well, and finish telling all the stories of our lives.  Blogging really is a blessing.
I love that it is a tool we can use for good!

Looking back on September, these are some of the activities we had:

The 1st of September was Tanner's baptism.  That was prefaced with a fun week while my parents were here visiting.  We all LOVE it when they come to town, and we have a blast being together!!

First we went to Branson for a few days and played around...this aquarium was pretty cool!!

This sea turtle was HUGE!  It was so cool!

Tanner was cracking up at the cute little gecko in here.

We all got a kick out of these fish.  They were freaky!  They eat the dead cells off your hands, so they quickly swarmed and sucked you...it felt soooo weird!!

It's always fun to drive up and down the strip.  It's like a mini Vegas so they have fun attractions...

Of course the weather was beautiful, so we had to take advantage of the swimming at our resort.
These kids would be fish if they could!

This Summer Tanner FINALLY learned how to swim with confidence and skills.  It is the first time I felt at ease knowing he could swim without floaties.  It's been awesome watching him learn how to swim and he's loved that independence.  Yay Tanner!!

More time spent down at The Landing.  This is a hot spot with shopping, restaurants, a beautiful river walk, fountains galore...plenty of entertainment!!

We always make sure we spend time in Branson a few times a year!!

who "new"

This is what my "new" family looks like!

We are a family of FIVE.
I am a mother of THREE.
WOW.

Life changed before I even knew it. One month prep for this kind of adjustment is, um, kinda short!!

I love love love having a newborn again. Bryelle is a precious angel and we know she's supposed to be in our family. She definitely completes us. Yes, complete, as in we are done.

I feel content. I feel fulfilled. And basically I feel at my limit. I count these three blessings more than each one as just a single digit representation. They are individually 100x what singularity means to me. They overwhelm me with the tasks and responsibilities I am honored to provide for them (it's also my duty) and they overwhelm me with happiness and joy I never knew existed.

I'm so excited for a NEW year.
I have NEW goals.
I'm adjusting as a NEW mom all over again with a NEW baby and figuring out our NEW homeostasis as a family.
I got a NEW awesome car, Nissan Armada, that is dang awesome!
I have a NEW calling in church as the Primary President.

I think I'm maxed out with NEW things,
and am anxious to enjoy the NEW journey ahead of me!!

I was so busy running around chasing these two for pictures, I forgot to get some individual shots of Bryelle!!  Oops!  Remember...I'm still NEW at this change ;)
